PRODE DEL CHIU': 
Obtained
from the harvesting of Sangiovese grapes from some of
the particularly well exposed vineyards of our farms.
After
alcoholic fermentation which last about 10-15 days there follows
a period in oak casks. It is
then refined in bottle for a period 5-6 months and is placed on
the market two years after harvesting.

It
is a very balanced wine, harmonious, velvety with an intense perfume and
good structure particularly suited for ageing.
